Summary of Professional Positions:

1991 - Present: Kathy has been with Performance Programs since 1991 as a partner. She has worked in a variety of roles, most recently responsible for marketing and web site development. Performance Programs offers surveys, psychological tests and assessments for workplaces to enhance morale, leadership, and management.

1988 - 91: Editor, IBM Business Partner Newsletter -- Founded, developed and wrote newsletter for software firms who partner with IBM.

1983 - 1988: Dun & Bradstreet, marketing manager and marketing director for three computer software divisions and affiliates.

1981 - 1983: CompuServe, sales specialist, data communications

1978 - 1981: GTE Corporation, marketing analyst, telecommunications equipment and services

1975 - 1977: Scholastic Magazines, marketing assistant, children's paperbacks

Teaching and Presentations:

College instruction: Fall, 1988 - Spring, 1992: Introduction to Marketing, Fairfield University School of Continuing Education. Taught three-credit course to undergraduate students, consistently obtaining instructor ratings at or above 4.7 on a scale of 5.
